Kitchen
The large, commercial-grade kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, utensils, and generous stainless-steel bench space. It features four gas hobs, two ovens, a large fridge and freezer, and plenty of storage. Designed with shared living in mind, it’s an easy, practical space for solo cooks and group meals.
Dining
The dining area centres around a large table and chairs, creating a welcoming space to eat and connect with other guests. On cooler evenings, the indoor fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. When the weather allows, guests can also dine outside on the front lawn under a sun umbrella.
Living
The shared living area includes a TV with Netflix, along with games and puzzles for relaxed evenings indoors. Outside, a lush lawn provides space to unwind, enjoy the sun, or take part in lawn games. It’s a flexible space that suits both social moments and quiet time. You may even find yourself throwing a ball for Loui, the resident dog.
Laundry
The laundry includes a commercial washer and dryer, both coin-operated for fast and efficient use. A large basin is available for handwashing, and an outdoor clothesline allows garments to dry in the Central Otago sun. It’s a convenient alternative to visiting a laundromat in town.
Bathrooms
The shared bathrooms are well maintained and designed with spacious cubicles, hot water, and good water pressure. The space includes large mirrors, power points, and storage to make getting ready straightforward. Simple and reliable, supporting a clean and functional shared environment.
Security
Security cameras are installed in public areas throughout the property, and all bedrooms are accessed via secure fob-key entry. These measures provide peace of mind while maintaining a relaxed, open atmosphere. Private spaces remain secure, while shared areas stay welcoming and social.
